The "CA0022AN" is a watchdog timer IC that achieves low power consumption and compact packaging. It monitors the power supply voltage and system operation to prevent system crashes. The reset delay time can be set using an external capacitor at the CT terminal, and the watchdog timer function can be disabled via the INH terminal.
